Everyone starts together. At 11:30 the room splits — executives to the roundtable, engineers to the lab — and comes back at 2:00 so your architect can walk you through what they found in your own code.

No slides, Chatham House rule, peers only. What a quarter of inaction costs, and whether your codebase is safe for agents to touch.

Qualification one-to-ones

A working session with your AWS account team and Cybage on scope, sponsorship and a first engagement.

Findings, fix, re-run

Review your results, apply one remediation, re-run the analysis and watch resolved findings disappear.

Read-out and close — teams present their own findings to their own executives

Register for the part of the day you want. Come for the executive track, the hands-on lab, or both — you choose when you register, and colleagues from the same organization register individually. Lab places are limited by the room, so book early if you want a workstation. The read-out at 2:00 works best when someone who owns the budget and someone who knows the repositories are both in it, so bring a colleague if you can.
