Seating is limited. Entry requires government photo ID. You will receive a confirmation by email once your place is approved.

  • Diplomatic premises. Courtesy to the mission, its staff and every guest; follow Consulate and security instructions.
  • Non-partisan. No party-political campaigning, slogans, placards or leafleting.
  • No harassment. No harassment, abuse or discrimination of any kind. It ends your participation.
  • Entry & security. Confirmed registration plus government photo ID; bags may be screened. No weapons, alcohol or drones. Under-18s attend with a parent or faculty chaperone.
  • Photography. Official photography and a group photograph may be used in Consulate and organiser communications; no photographing a guest who objects.
  • The floor. One question per person, about a minute, on the topic. No sales pitches during the programme.
  • Your data. Used for the guest list, entry, programme changes and any Compact follow-up; shared with the Consulate for security; never sold. Email to delete.
  • If broken. Organisers and the Consulate may decline or withdraw entry.
